The Code of Conduct requires all employees and business partners to consistently comply with laws and regulations and to engage with one another in a respectful and fair manner. The company unequivocally rejects corruption, tax evasion, discrimination, and antitrust violations. 

Sustainability is a core value at Bott. The company focuses on creating resource-efficient products – such as lightweight vehicle equipment designed for electric vehicles – and prioritizes environmentally friendly processes. The Code of Conduct also firmly upholds human rights, fair working conditions, and equal treatment of all employees. 

Managers are entrusted with special responsibility for ensuring these principles are upheld and violations are promptly and thoroughly addressed. Business partners are also expected to uphold and promote these values.
